Dal parathas as the name suggest, the dough is prepared with any dal curry. It is nutritious as it is loaded with protein. The best thing is that this parathas can be prepared with left over dal and can be served with hot curries or humble chutney.
Wheat flour (ghenhu ka parathas) 2 cups
Oil for cooking
Yellow dal curry ( left over dal can also be used)
Make dough by mixing flour with yellow dal curry. Now divide the dough into small balls and roll out into small rounds. Heat pan (tawa) put the rolled out dough and cook both the sides applying butter or oil, till they turn light brown on both the sides serve hot with curries or chutneys.
